After slugging it out under the warm California sun, the two legends suited up before heading to the Staples Center to catch the L.A. Lakers vs. the Charlotte Bobcats’ game.
Prior to the game’s tip off, Federer and Sampras had a chance to meet Kobe Bryant, as well as Pau Gasol and Phil Jackson.
Federer will be aiming for his fourth title in Palm Springs next week, while Sampras will head to Zurich, Switzerland to take part in a Champions Tour event.
